1) Can we get a response from MAHB, regarding the ceiling leakage incident in KLIA recently?

● We refer to a video of the alleged ceiling leakage at Terminal 1, KLIA. We wish to inform you that the incident which had happened on 8 December 2024 at 1.06am, was not due to any ceiling leakage. Instead, it was caused by a burst sprinkler pipe during some technical maintenance works.

● Our operations team had taken prompt action and rectified the situation within 20 minutes. Cleaning works commenced immediately after and the area was cleared for normal operations by 1.30am on the same day.
